Book Summary
Lily is a transgendered girl that is always getting bullied in and out of school. She is confused and she doesn’t know what to do or who to turn to until she meets the new boy on the block nicknamed Dunkin. Dunkin has his own battles he is struggling with. He is only 13 years old and has a bipolar disorder. Lily and Dunkin form this unstoppable bond. They confide in each other and they accept each other for who they are.  Lily and Dunkin’s friendship will be put to test when Dunkin gets recruited on the basketball team. These are the same boys that bully his friend Lily! The two young boys will face many things that will affect their relationship, but they learn the meaning of true friendship while overcoming their obstacles.
