Book Review:
This is a recommended realistic fiction book for reluctant readers due to the short read. At the end, many readers will be left jaw dropped! Hautman’s suspenseful writing will have readers using Doug’s memories to connect the puzzle pieces together. This title encourages readers to think deeply while exploring multiple themes including friendship, death, obsession. Lastly, this is a good book that will bring awareness to mental illness
